How long is the lead-time for our Shutters?
Our current lead-time for our wooden shutters is 12-14 weeks and 6-7 weeks for our British made range from order to installation.
What are your payment terms?
Crafted Shutters require 50% deposit at the time of your order being placed. The remaining 50% is required to be paid on the day of your installation. We accept credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept cheques.
Finance options also available from 1 to 5 years
What type of warranty do we receive?
Our shutters come with a minimum 5 year warranty on our products and a lifetime guarantee on the standard of the installation of your shutters. Please see our warranty page for more details.
Who installs our shutters?
All of our products are installed by our fully trained experienced in house team so you can expect a perfect finish.
Do shutters block out light when closed?
Shutters block out around 90% of light when in a closed position. Should you require near blackout we offer shutters with integrated internal honeycomb blinds. Perfect for nursery rooms and shift workers
